The position is responsible for providing support to users of legal technology solutions in a global legal organization.

• Knowledge of and experience with usage, configuration, administration and governance of contract lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutions
• Experience in managing contract and document templates, contracting process, stages, stakeholders, input and output
• Experience with setting up self-service solutions in legal, risk compliance, obligations management, audit facilitation, workload reporting, single "source of truth" for the organization
• Experience in using Sharepoint, PowerBI, advanced MS Office functionalities
• Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s reques

• University education
• Previous shared services experience will be a plus, preferably in a legal context, but not necessarily required
• Fluent English
• Good overall knowledge of MS Office, IT systems, excellent oral and written communication skills, learning on the fly ability, very well organized problem solver
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI; ability to build and maintain dashboards
