About the role

We’re looking for fluent German speakers to join our international team in Lisbon as Legal Online Operations Analysts. In this role, you’ll review and assess reported online content, ensuring it aligns with legal standards and platform policies.

Your focus will be on handling notice and takedown requests a process used by online platforms to remove potentially illegal content, such as defamation or copyright violations, in accordance with laws like the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). You’ll be part of a fast-growing, multilingual team working onsite with one of the world’s leading tech companies, helping to keep the internet safe and legally compliant.

• Review content and legal requests (e.g. privacy, defamation, fraud, IP claims) based on specific client policies.
• Determine if requests are valid and fall within project scope.
• Ensure timely and high-quality evaluations.
• Stay updated on internal guidelines and digital law practices.

• Hands-on experience with digital law and platform policies.
• Insight into legal content moderation and online rights management.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)..
• Communication: Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication
• Knowledge: understand basic performance metrics used in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments such as quality scores, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.
