We are looking for candidates with a completed MBO diploma as Verzorgende IG (level 3) or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by CIBG. A good command of Dutch at minimum level B1 (2F) and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG — costs reimbursed) are required. You are flexible and available for short, long, and occasional night shifts. Experience in healthcare and affinity with people with multiple disabilities are strong advantages.

We offer employment conditions and salary according to the cao VVT (FWG 35), between €2,573.47 and €3,471.46, plus 8% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, irregular hours allowance (ORT), travel allowance, and plenty of opportunities for training and development.

Did you obtain your diploma abroad or not yet speak Dutch? No problem — you can still apply through the Avant Talent Group website to first take part in an intensive language training program.
