Praca: HR Specialist


Nord Raudoitus is established in Finland in 2018, and it is a construction company, which is specialized in great and demanding projects. We make reinforcement for windmills, bridges, and industrial buildings. In 2020 we stabilized our function in Sweden by establishing our daughter company Nord Armering in Sweden. Nord Raudoitus and its daughter company employs permanently over 250 employees. 

HR Specialist
While our function is growing, we’re looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist. The tasks are throughout the employment lifecycle – from recruitment to exit. You will take care of the recruitment process with your colleague, create and administrate documentation, and take care of any issues there comes to employment. In addition, you will assist our HR Planning Manager with team planning for the construction sites and eventually participate in the planning independently. 
You will get a variety of responsibilities but a great support from our HR team. We function in Finland and Sweden.

Because construction field brings a lot of changes in our work, none of the days are the same. That is why we except that you are able to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
 
The job title will be decided according to your experience level.

  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • English language + Polish / Ukrainian / Russian languages.
  • You aren’t afraid of new challenges and strive to reach our common goals.
  • You can work independently, and you manage changing situations well.
  • 2 years of experience from recruitment and HR work.

The work will be fully remotely.
