A healthcare organization is hiring certified Verzorgenden IG (Individual Health Care Nurses) for an average of 24 to 36 hours per week. Care is provided to elderly people at various locations across North and Central Limburg. This vacancy includes multiple positions at the following locations: Roermond, Herten, Swalmen, Venlo, Tegelen, Blerick, and Horst.

As a Verzorgende IG, you’ll provide daily support to residents who can no longer live independently. You assist with personal care such as getting up, washing, dressing, and using the toilet. You also help with meals and transferring residents, for example, from bed to wheelchair.

You’ll also perform nursing tasks like administering medication, wound care, and giving injections. You monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the care team. Drafting and maintaining care plans is also part of your responsibilities.

You work independently and as part of a team, playing a key role in the daily life of residents. You stay in contact with family members and informal caregivers, contributing to a safe, warm, and respectful environment where residents feel acknowledged and cared for.

Requirements

• We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Verzorgenden IG who enjoy working in elderly care. Do you have a passion for healthcare and love bringing smiles to people’s faces? Then this job is for you.
• You speak and write Dutch well (minimum level 2F/B1) and can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) from Justis — costs will be reimbursed. Caring for the elderly energizes you, and it shows.
• You are authorized to work in the Netherlands without a work permit or you hold a valid work permit. Flexibility is important, as youre willing to work different shifts, including short, long, and occasional night shifts.
• You hold an MBO-3 diploma in Verzorgende IG, an equivalent foreign diploma, or a CIBG certificate proving you are qualified to work as a Verzorgende IG. Relevant experience or current practical knowledge is a strong advantage.

We offer

• You’ll receive a permanent employment contract right away. Salary is based on the CAO and falls under scale FWG 35, with a gross monthly salary between €2541.72 and €3337.94. You’ll also receive 8% holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%.
• Attractive bonuses apply for irregular working hours. Travel expenses are reimbursed in line with the CAO.
